Benefits CounselingUnderstanding public and private benefits can lead to many questions and concerns. Whether you need help finding a Medicare supplemental policy, have questions about your Social Security benefits, are trying to sort through insurance claim forms, or need help filling out a form to start benefits, our Benefits Counselor can help. The Benefits Counselor can also provide intervention and advocacy when you need it and has access to advice from lawyers who staff the Legal Hotline for Older Texans. Help is available for people 60+ and to Medicare beneficiaries of any age.
