2. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.
3. Remembrance and reflection of 9/11 anniversary.
4. Consider approving the minutes of previous meeting held August 15, 2024.
5. Consider nominating committee recommendation of Andrews Mayor Jason Harper to fill Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission Board of Directors position representing the interests of small cities.
6. Hear update on the Texas Commission on State Emergency Communication Annual Compliance review for the Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Program for Fiscal Year 2023.
7. Hear update regarding Howard County 9-1-1 Communications Project.
8. Consider approval of Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission 2024 Title VI Plan associated with Texas Department of Transportation planning program.
9. Consider approval of proposed Solid Waste Advisory Committee members, James (Wes) Carta – Environmental Enforcement/Emergency Management Director for Ector County and Joseph Spano – Municipal Manager for Republic Services.
10. Consider approval of Solid Waste Advisory Committee Implementation Project recommendations for City of McCamey and City of Big Spring.
11. Consider approval of the PBRPC Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Strategic Work Program and Operating Budget
12. Consider approval of PBRPC Finance Department Report.
13. Consider authorization of nominating committee to recommend 2025 PBRPC Board of Directors Officers at General Membership Annual Meeting, October 16, 2024.
14. Set date for next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
