AGENDA
1. Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.
3. Consider approving the minutes of the previous meeting held January 18, 2023.
4. Recognize 2022 PBRPC Board of Directors’ Chairman, the Honorable Charles Wolf.
5. Consider approval of board member resignation, Rick Dollahan, City of Seagraves Mayor; and authorize nomination committee to recommend new PBRPC Board of Directors member representing small cities at next meeting.
6. Consider approval of the FY 2023 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) and Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Act (LETPA) projects prioritized listing for submission to the Office of the Governor (OOG) Homeland Security Grants Division (HSGD).
7. Consider approval of new board members for the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee.
8. Hear presentation and hold discussion of concept of Regional Juvenile Justice facility.
9. Consider approving Prosperity Bank contract two-year extension.
10. Consider approval of PBRPC Finance Report for month of January 2023 - Check Register and Analysis Reports, Credit Card Expenditures, Payroll Register and Analysis Reports, and Investment Report.
11. Consider date and approval of New Board member orientation.
12. Set date for next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
13. Adjourn meeting.
