Annual Financial Reports
The Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission (PBRPC) is by law a political subdivision of the state and is governed by Chapter 391 of the Texas Local Government Code. PBRPC has developed and submitted various reports to satisfy our reporting requirements per the Texas Local Government Code 391.0095 and 391.0117.
