9-1-1: Call if You Can, Text if You Can’t

It is the mission of the PBRPC 9-1-1 Emergency Communications to provide the latest 9-1-1 Customer Premise Equipment, a redundant network, and IP enabled Next Generation 9-1-1 System. Enabling efficient and effective 9-1-1 call delivery to the (11) Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in our 14-county wide region.

We are committed to providing and maintaining the most accurate location data to our PSAPs which is necessary for the quickest response time to 9-1-1 callers and to advocate efficient use of 9-1-1 systems.  Which allow PSAPs to assist in saving lives, protect property and help citizens in their time of need.

We are dedicated to being proactive and progressive in the 9-1-1 Industry for the purpose of providing the citizens of the Permian Basin with the best 9-1-1 service available.

The Commission on State Emergency Communications (CSEC) is an agency of the State of Texas charged with the oversight of the Statewide 9-1-1 and Poison Programs.
