I. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum, RTPO Chairman, the Honorable Dusty Kilgore, Upton County Judge.
II. Consider approval of previous meeting minutes for the Permian Basin Rural Transportation Planning Organization meeting held November 10, 2021.
III. Consider approval of new board members for the Rural Transportation Planning Organization Board of Directors:
a. The Honorable Shane Walker, Borden County Judge to replace The Honorable Ross Sharp.
b. The Honorable Dustin Fawcett, Ector County Judge to replace The Honorable Debi Hays.
c. The Honorable Cindy Therwhanger, Gaines County Judge to replace The Honorable Tom Keyes.
d. The Honorable Randy Johnson, Howard County Judge to replace The Honorable Kathryn Wiseman.
IV. Hear update on Ports to Plains Alliance I-14 Project
V. Hear updates of current projects, and project priorities of regions, from TxDOT District Offices:
a. Odessa District Engineer, Eric Lykins, P.E.
b. San Angelo District Engineer, Chris Cowen, P.E.
