1. Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.
3. Consider approving the minutes of the previous meeting held May 17, 2023.
4. Recognize the Honorable Chris Alexander, Mayor, City of Fort Stockton for years of service to the PBRPC.
5. Hear presentation by National Telecommunications and Information Administration, Broadband USA program representative and Monahans Broadband Project consultant.
6. Consider approval of the Permian Basin Area Agency on Aging, Area Plan for Fiscal Years 2024-2026.
7. Receive update from Homeland Security Department, FY 24-25 program allocations.
8. Consider approval for Executive Director to apply for Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Regional Solid Waste Grants Program for FY 24 & FY 25.
9. Update on Permian Basin, U.S.D.O.T. Safe Streets and Roads for All grant, Permian Basin committee update.
10. Consider approval of PBRPC FY 22 Financial Audit.
11. Consider approval of PBRPC Finance Report for previous month(s).
12. Set date for next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
13. Adjourn meeting.
