PBRPC BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Member of governmental body presiding over the meeting will be present at above location.

AGENDA
1. Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.
3. Consider approving the minutes of the previous meeting held June 28, 2023.
4. Hear presentation by Shelby Smith, Coordinator of the Early Childhood Action Network – Permian Basin regional initiative.
5. Consider passing updated Board Resolution, continued support of I-27 planning and construction project.
6. Executive Director report, PBRPC Membership Dues 2023.
7. Consider approval of PBRPC Finance Report for previous month(s).
8. Consider approval for Executive Director to pursue application for a U.S. Economic Development Administration investment addressing a PBRPC, Economic Development District facility project and contract with JSA Architects for Conceptual Design and Feasibility study.
9. Consider approving proposal by Executive Director for organizational change of public safety departments and combining director position for Criminal Justice and Homeland Security.
10. Consider approval of PBRPC staff classification and salary plan for FY 2023-2024.
11. Set date for next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
12. Adjourn meeting.
A closed executive session may be held on any of the above agenda items when legally justified pursuant to Subchapter D of the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 551).
