1. Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.
3. Consider approving the minutes of previous meetings held January 10, 2024.
4. Consider approval of new PBRPC Board of Directors Member – the Honorable Sam Jones, Andrews County Judge, replacing the late Honorable Charlie Falcon.
5. Recognize 2023 PBRPC Board of Directors’ Chairman, the Honorable Dusty Kilgore.
6. Hear presentation from Kimley-Horn, awardee of Safe Streets for All project.
7. Consider approval of Executive Director’s nomination for the Honorable Foy O’Brien, Dawson County Judge, to serve on the PBRPC Disaster Preparedness Advisory Council (DPAC) Committee.
8. Consider authorizing Executive Director to submit an application for Homeland Security Regional Interoperability System grant for October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, with the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office.
9. Consider authorizing the Executive Director to submit application for Homeland Security Regional Planning grant for October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, with the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office.
10. Consider authorizing Executive Director to submit application for Victims of Violent Crime Training for Law Enforcement grant for September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025, with the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office.
11. Consider authorizing Executive Director to submit an application for Mental Health & De-escalation grant for October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, with the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office.
12. Consider authorizing Executive Director to submit application for PBRPC Critical Infrastructure Upgrade grant for October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, with the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office.
13. Hear update from PBRPC Board Finance Director Selection Committee. Discuss and consider action to approve Executive Director to enter into agreement for contractual financial/internal auditor services of Paige Vickery, V3 Solutions.
14. Consider approval of PBRPC Finance Report for previous month(s).
15. Set date for next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
