1. Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.
3. Consider approving the minutes of previous meeting held March 18, 2024.
4. Consider approval of Criminal Justice Advisory Committee’s priorities for Criminal Justice Projects, Violence Against Women Projects, and Victims of Crime Act and School Truancy Applications for FY 2025.
5. Consider approving Executive Director to enter into an Interlocal Agreement between Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the expansion of the Regional Radio Interoperability System Expansion Project.
6. Hear 811 presentation and recognize April 2024 as National Safe Digging Month.
7. Recognize April 2024, Fair Housing Act Month.
8. Consider approval for Executive Director to apply for the U.S. Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Technical Assistance Grant for FY 2024-2025.
9. Hear staff report, Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Services, Howard County 9-1-1 Communication District activity.
10. Consider appointment of the Honorable Foy O’Brien, Dawson County Judge to serve on the Texas Association of Regional Councils (TARC) Board of Directors, filling position previously held by the Honorable Joe Shuster.
11. Hear update of PBRPC Board-Finance Director Hiring Committee activity and recommendation for filling position. Consider board action to fill PBRPC Finance Director position.
12. Consider approval of PBRPC Finance Department Report.
13. Set date for next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
14. Adjourn
