1.    Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2.    Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.  
3.    Consider approving the minutes of the previous meeting held September 24, 2025.
4.    Hear update on Howard County 9-1-1 project.
5.    Hear update on the Permian Basin Regional Radio System.
6.    Consider authorizing Executive Director to submit application for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality funding for FY 2024/2025.
7.    Hear annual Economic Development District Comprehensive Development Strategy presentation and consider approving report. 
8.    Consider approval of the Permian Basin 2025 Threat Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (THIRA), 2025 Stakeholder Preparedness Report (SPR), and the 2026 Risk Informed Methodology.
9.    Consider approval to amend administrative department staff title to meet job description.
10.    Consider approval of updates for the PBRPC Personnel Manual.
11.    Consider approval for extension for continuation of banking services contract with current provider, Prosperity Bank.
12.    Consider approval of PBRPC Finance Department Report.

13.    Set date for next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
14.    Adjourn
