1.    Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2.    Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.  
3.    Consider approving the minutes of the previous meeting held December 18, 2024.
4.    Recognize 2024 PBRPC Board of Directors’ Chairman, the Honorable Leo Hung, Reeves County Judge.
5.    Consider approval of Chairman’s Board committee appointments.
6.    Consider approval of the Permian Basin 2024 Threat Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (THIRA) & Stakeholder Preparedness Report (SPR) and the 2025 Implementation Plan and Risk Informed Methodology. 
7.    Consider approval of proposed new members for the Domestic Preparedness Awareness Committee. 
8.    Hear update regarding Permian Basin Law Enforcement Academy campus location.
9.    Consider approval of previous month(s) financial report.
10.    Set date for the next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
11.    Adjourn
