AGENDA

1.    Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance.
2.    Call meeting to order and establish a quorum.  
3.    Consider approving the minutes of the previous meeting held February 12, 2025.
4.    Recognize Denise Swanner for PBRPC Board of Directors service.
5.    Recognize Dude Speed, TDEM Region 7 Senior Liaison Officer for service to the Permian Basin Region.
6.    Consider approval of the FY 2025 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) and Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Act (LETPA) projects prioritized listing by the DPAC for submission to the Office of the Governor (OOG) Homeland Security Grants Division (HSGD).
7.    Hear report regarding the Texas Homeland Security, Department of Public safety review of the Permian Basin THIRA- Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, 2024 Stakeholder Preparedness Review and 2025 Implementation Plan.
8.    Consider approving the Executive Director to submit application to F. Marie Hall Foundation for the Permian Basin Law Enforcement Academy. 
9.    Hear presentation from Brian Taylor with Midland Police Department regarding the Permian Basin Threat Assessment Team. 
10.    Consider authorizing Executive Director to release a Request for Proposals for employee insurance benefits.
11.    Hear update from the facility committee regarding progress of remodel project.
12.    Consider approval of PBRPC designated check signers.
13.    Consider approval of previous month(s) financial report.
14.    Hear report by Executive Director regarding third quarter planning, program services and fundraising activities.
15.    Set date for the next PBRPC Board of Directors meeting.
16.    Adjourn
