TTY/TDD Basic & Refresher Training

Basic Course – 9:00am – 1:00pm
Lunch Break – 1:00pm – 2:00pm (Text to 911 refresher during lunch)
Refresher – 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Basic TTY Training for all new dispatchers. A refresher for existing dispatchers. ADA requirement for dispatchers. Will also include Text to 911 training. Training is TCOLE credited.
